I'm a fan of these easy-to-make breakfast cups loaded with delicious protein goodness. Ingredients: Ham/bacon/veggie strips Eggs Parsley or maybe it was delicious rosemary The secret ingredient is hunger. Layer the meat around a cupcake tray as if it was one of the cases. Crack the egg into the meat cup. Bake at 200C for about 10 minutes, making sure the eggs are cooked through. Dress with herbs. These are how mine turned out!
