Due to the global nature of our contestants, it is likely that we will run into problems unless we set an official Big Brother time. Unless otherwise stated, all times will be UST-7. This is my time zone, but before you accuse me of bias, this is my reasoning:
A task will begin at midnight* of Monday, official site time. This is also 11 pm of the previous Sunday, Pacific time 1 am Central time 2 am Eastern time 5 am Brasilia Standart time 7 am UK time 8 am Germany time 6 pm Melbourne time Then "Monday" will run for 24 hours. This will give everyone a chance to do whatever the task asks them to do on "Monday" when it really is Monday for them (or substitute any other day of the week).
*I may post it as much as an hour of two earlier if I need to go to bed and it's my turn to post, and if Mister M is posting it during his morning he may post as much as an hour or two late.
Update October 6th: Daylight Savings time has begun in Australia. There will be further updates to the world time chart as Daylight Savings Time begins on October 20th in Brazil, ends on October 27th in the UK and Germany, and ends on November 3rd in the United States.
